1. Eligibility:

• The “Welcome Home Giveaway" is open to all legal residents of Australia (excluding Northern Territory residents) who are 18 years of age or older.
• Employees and immediate family members of House of Noir and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway period commences with the announcement of the giveaway on our social media feeds from 8pm AEDT on 3rd of December, 2023 and ends at 11.59pm AEDT 5th of December, 2023

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
• Follow House of Noir on Instagram
• Comment and tag an additional Instagram profile in the Giveaway announcement, posted to the House of Noir Instagram feed from 8pm AEDT on 3rd of December, 2023
• Both commenting and tagged profile must follow House of Noir on Instagram to be eligible for the prize draw.
• x1 winner will be drawn at random at 12:00pm AEDT on 6th of December, 2023, and the winner notified via the competition announcement post, the House of Noir IG story, and a direct message sent by House of Noir to the winner.

4. Prize Details:

• x1 lucky winner will receive a 12 pack of House of Noir Black de Black NV (RRP) of $300.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received on 5th of December 2023 at 11:59pm
• House of Noir will notify the winner via direct message and post a congratulations message on our social media platforms.
• The winner will also be posted on this page.

6. Acts of Kindness:

• We reserve the right to send Bonus Prizes to a limited number of the runners-up who have provided their details when entering the Giveaway.

 

7. General Conditions:

• House of Noir reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical difficulties, fraud, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
• House of Noir’s decisions regarding the Giveaway, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.
